Why is training in the water more beneficial to the body?
Aquatic Fitness or water aerobics are extremely beneficial to the body in several ways. Training in water significantly reduces the impact, strain and discomfort to the body while providing total body training that is superior to traditional methods (weight lighting, resistance training, HIIT, cardio, etc). Additionally, training in water reduces muscle recovery time, increases blood flow, maximizes heart rate efficiency, and allows for harder more affective workouts.

He is a certified personal trainer thru Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and The National Strength and Condition Association (NSCA). Aquatic Fitness is American Exercise Association (AEA), American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Life Guard Instructor, and Swim Coach. In Addition he is a Master Trainer HYDRORIDER in aqua spinning and TRX Suspension training certified. His gracious but intense training style offers a challenging, motivating, total body workout for building strength while burning tons of calories. The added benefit water (AQUA) to all of the trainings is the decrease of joint pressure thought your body.
